Reserve Study Services

Reserve Study Services

A Reserve Study is a detailed financial analysis that outlines all of the components that must be maintained by the Condominium or Homeowners Association. Each study is performed in accordance with the Community Association Institute (CAI) National Standards, which can be found by clicking here.

Level 1 Reserve Study – Includes a site visit with a reserve specialist, a list of all common area components, the costs associated with planned updates and replacements of all common area components listed, and two savings plans to achieve your community’s goals.

Level 2 Reserve Study – This is for past clients who need an update to ASG’s original study. It includes all the same features as a Level 1 Study. If your reserve study was created by another service company, we are able to update it if a copy of the study is provided in detail, for a nominal additional fee.

Level 3 Reserve Study – This is an update of a prior reserve study performed by ASG or another firm. A site visit is not included however it does include a list of all common area components, the costs associated with planned updates and replacements of all common area components listed, and two savings plans to achieve your community’s goals.
