610 Broadway was conceived as a contemporary alternative to the classic cast iron buildings in Manhattan’s SoHo district. It is a six-story project, which includes retail space at street level and office space above a three level parking garage. The building’s corner lot location and glass curtainwall facade allow natural light deep into the 10,000 SF loft sized floorplates. The basic mass of the structure was designed to respond to it’s corner site by curving gently along Houston Street towards Broadway.
