The clients wanted their open screen porch converted into an enclosed sunroom. The existing floor and roof were reused, but new exterior walls and a stone foundation were added to create a more appropriate scale and a heavier feel to the lower level. The renovation also introduced beautiful new wood paneling inside the sunroom, enhancing the character of the space. The result is a stunning transformation of the original two-story screen porch, now featuring a new sunroom and a lower-level outdoor stone veranda. This renovation beautifully fulfilled the clients’ desire to incorporate stone and natural wood into their entirely brick English Manor home.
