The clients wanted their open screen porch converted into an enclosed sunroom. The existing floor and roof were reused but new exterior walls and stone foundation were built to create an appropriate new scale and add a heavier feel to the lower level. Beautiful new wood paneling was also added to the inside of the sunroom to enhance the character of that space as well.
